EarthView3D Copyright Policy and Notice Requirements
If you believe material on EarthView3D’s Site is infringing, please follow the requirements below for submitting a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).
DMCA Notice
To submit your notice, please email with the following information:
The signature of the copyright owner or the person authorized to act for the copyright owner.
The work you claim is being infringed upon.
The material on EarthView3D’s Site that you claim is infringing. Please also send the URL to the allegedly infringing material so that we may locate such material.
The copyright owner’s name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material on the Site is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information provided in the notice is accurate and under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to submit the notice for the copyright owner.
If you give any false information as to any of the above, you may be responsible for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees. Therefore, we recommend you speak with an attorney before submitting a notice to EarthView3D.
Counter-Notice
EarthView3D may remove material on the Site in response to a DMCA notice. If the removed material belongs to you and you believe this removal was in error, please email with information regarding your identity, your contact information, the material that was removed in error, and a statement made under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of a mistake.
